History & Vision

We connect leaders to help more effectively

Founded in 2023 during TOP CHARITY, the Philanthropy Consortium brings together business leaders, art patrons, and philanthropists around a shared mission of meaningful social impact. Initiated by Omena Mensah and Rafał Brzoska, the Consortium combines expertise in entrepreneurship, culture, and philanthropy to create a collaborative space for leaders committed to real, lasting change.

Today, the Consortium connects organisations and leaders who share responsibility for social transformation — pooling experience, resources, and trust.

Our mission is to professionalise philanthropy, strengthen collaborative culture, and inspire leaders to engage in high-impact work — ensuring that help is effective, systemic, and long-term. The Consortium supports social, educational, and cultural initiatives with real impact, joining the expertise of the business sector with the sensitivity of non-profit organisations.Giving is the New Leadership

Through joint initiatives, grants, and partnerships, the Consortium builds an ecosystem in which responsibility becomes an integral part of modern leadership — and giving becomes a new dimension of prestige. We believe that collaboration, trust, and transparency are key to lasting change.

From Poland to the World

A new chapter in global philanthropy.

The Consortium operates globally, implementing joint projects in Poland, Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Ukraine, Italy, Spain, the United States, and Armenia.

We work with leading international partners, including the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, ShoulderUp, Rafa Nadal Foundation, Obama Foundation, Doctors Without Borders, Sexed, and Fundación Building the Future — promoting a model of systemic support across borders.
