Established in 2023, the Philanthropic Consortium is a Polish business initiative that aims to redefine philanthropy in Poland. Its goal is to foster systemic cooperation between foundations, combining the strengths and expertise of those who wish to support one another in the mission of helping others.
The Philanthropic Consortium is founded on the belief that true philanthropy is built on cooperation, not competition. As such, 30% of the funds raised during the 2023 TOP CHARITY Grand Charity Auction were allocated to projects by other foundations, primarily focusing on education and healthcare.
These projects were submitted to the Philanthropic Consortium by participants of the Grand Charity Auction, who are actively engaged in philanthropic efforts, either through running their own foundations or by supporting initiatives closest to their hearts. After thorough verification, the Philanthropic Consortium Council carefully distributed the funds across the different initiatives.
Through this approach, the Philanthropic Consortium not only supports the implementation of socially significant projects but also promotes the idea of collaboration and solidarity within the philanthropic community. We believe that, together, we can achieve more, creating a better future for us all.
