Education & Empowerment
Education and empowerment initiatives aim to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive. These programs focus on fostering critical thinking, enhancing personal development, and promoting equal opportunities for all, ultimately leading to a more informed and empowered community.

The foundation supports senior citizens, with a focus on promoting their active engagement. The project's goal is to provide support for the daily lives of seniors, tailored to their immediate needs. This includes both qualified care and providing professional equipment to improve their quality of life.

The pilot programme "Five for the Earth" aims to involve local communities in cleaning up forests and beaches. As part of this initiative, thousands of bags of rubbish were collected, with each bag earning a symbolic 5 PLN payment. The funds collected were donated to support the Psi Los Foundation.

St. Joseph’s Clinic and Maternity Home in Kwahu Tafo serves 1,500–1,800 patients monthly. A key part of its mission is to care for pregnant women and children, which includes home visits, vaccinations, and health education. The clinic also engages in agricultural and catering activities to support its operations. Purchasing a refrigerated vehicle for the safe transportation of medicines and farm products has become a priority.

Xawier Słupik is a 19-year-old from the village of Ornontowice near Gliwice. Due to a congenital defect, his jawbone stopped developing, and he was left without jaw joints. The Philanthropic Consortium decided to cover the cost of his jaw reconstruction surgery by contributing the remaining funds needed through the Siepomaga.pl fundraising platform. The surgery has both functional, health, and aesthetic purposes, aiming to improve Xawier's speech, ease swallowing, and enhance his social interaction.

The foundation, in cooperation with the Medical University of Warsaw, is preparing training sessions for medical staff in life-saving procedures and battlefield medicine. The project includes training sessions for Ukrainian doctors, paramedics, and nurses working in active conflict zones.

The project covers the cost of purchasing a bronchoscope - a vital piece of equipment for diagnosing patients in the Otolaryngology Department for head and neck conditions. The bronchoscope is used in emergency situations, such as in cases of bleeding or the presence of foreign objects, and for patients undergoing head and neck surgeries, including cancer patients.

This initiative involves organising a combined integration and educational retreat, aimed at providing a safe and inspiring space where patients can “disconnect” from their cancer journey and start functioning independently outside of the oncology environment.

Alongside its regular scholarship competition, the Rafał Brzoska Foundation runs the Heart Fund, established to support talented young people. In this instance, the grant will support a high school graduate who, thanks to the scholarship, will be able to begin studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.

The foundation has provided scholarships for six talented students from sculpture departments at three universities in Poland—Academy of Fine Arts (ASP) in Warsaw, Krakow, and Łódź—as well as for two students from the Faculty of Conservation and Restoration of Works of Art at ASP in Warsaw.

The project involves producing two sets of the RescueGlass device, along with RescueKit sets. The introduction of modern telemedicine technology in conflict areas, such as Ukraine, will significantly improve the quality of aid provided to those affected by war.

The "Five for the Earth" pilot program engages local communities in cleaning forests and beaches. Thousands of bags of trash were collected, each earning a symbolic 5 PLN. The funds raised were donated to the Psi Los Foundation.
